BCL,
one of the leading UK office relocation specialists has hit the jackpot by
being selected to relocate The Big Lottery Fund into its new operations centre
at Apex House, Edgbaston during December. The landmark building, Apex House
in Edgbaston, is the largest city centre office letting in nearly three years
and BCL was delighted to be chosen as The Big Lottery Fund’s partner,
moving over 250 staff into the new building in a single weekend.
The Birmingham office will take the lead in distributing Lottery cash, a role previously carried out in London and eight other regional centres, a positive outcome of the Lyons Review, which identified and promoted the relocation of civil service jobs from London and the South East.
