No fuss protection that lessens future liability (Condition Survey)

A building condition and defects survey is a survey/report that assesses the condition of a building. In particular, a building condition survey

will examine the structure, fit and finish, safety compliance, DDA compliance, as well as an overall view of the building. It can be likened to a health check-up for the building. This information is then collected, organized, and a report is put together full of pictures and explanations of what needs to be fixed, updated, or replaced.

Defending against dilapidation claims

Not only do we protect the location to which you are moving, but protect you at the location you are leaving.

At the end of your commercial property lease, you are likely to be served with a schedule of dilapidations from your landlords. Some landlords can be extremely reasonable with their tenants, whilst others can be quite aggressive. It's the luck of the draw as to which you'll get as a commercial property tenant, but the fact remains that a schedule of dilapidations will rarely contain any good news from the tenant's perspective.
