A Great team effort to deliver the above. My strong appreciation to you all.
Please cascade this message of thanks to everyone involved from the partnership. I walked round and saw all the completed works today and you have all worked hard, as one team, across the Partnership - BIS, ECH, OPL, Tilney Shane and BCL - to deliver a very successful + demanding programme.
Even more so, given our strong ask of you - over the last 6 weeks to take on additional works - to refurbish the conference centre, sports centre, new cyclist + joggers facility and facilities on lower ground, while still delivering VIP at pace.
March is always a demanding and busy month with end of year, given size of our budget and programme. You should all be rightly proud of rising to the challenge on delivering value, on time and on budget in 09/10.
A huge thanks from myself and the senior management team. Well done to one and all. We now look forward to pushing forward to drive the programme in 10/11.

Previous Move
BCL successfully completed, on time and budget, the occupation of Level 2, 1 Victoria Street. Following a rapid and complex Re-furbishment programme, 26 Days start to finish, BCL were instructed to populate the Floor with Furniture and effects.
Our Project Manager, Daren Saunders, worked closely with the project team to formulate a methodical, calculated approach to relocate furniture and effects from Kingsgate House. Agreement was reached on timing and methodology and the wheels were set in motion.
Relocations commenced Thursday Midday, to assist the IT Teams with commissioning services it was agreed that all Desks and IT equipment would be moved as priority. 190 Units were relocated week 1, 178 Week 2. All Cabinets, chairs, crates and miscellaneous effects followed with floors ready for occupation by staff 7am Monday Morning.
An integrated crew of staff from London, Manchester and Birmingham worked seamlessly alongside each other to provide our client with a rapid, cost efficient, successful relocation.
Our client was both surprised and delighted that we achieved the relocation as planned, please see the comments below,
