Restructuring
BCL recently dealt with the closure of fifty-four Co-op Financial Services (CFS) branches across the country as part of their restructuring program.
BCL's role in the process included the re-sourcing and scheduling of each move and the disposal of furniture/equipment in the most cost effective and environmentally conscious manor.
The above-mentioned relocation program, along with some additional relocation since, has totalled a value in excess of £256,870 since September 2005.
The relocation process originally agreed with CFS needed to be restructured to allow audit works to be completed and BCL were able to restructure the relocation to meet CFS's needs at short notice ensuring business could proceed with minimal disruption.
