dedicated on-site management. We believe that every move stands or falls on
the level of supervision dedicated and utilised throughout the project and
that a Project Manager is a vital ingredient to a successful move.
BCL has a number of experienced Project Managers, each of our clients is given a dedicated Project Manager who will go through the planning process with them, holding regular meetings to review the project and update work schedules. During major relocations it will be necessary to undertake some contingency planning, and review work schedules regularly.
Our Project Managers assure you of a flexible, cost reducing working practise and the confidence that all your requirements are adhered to and accomplished with minimum disruption to your working environment. They are experienced in managing large contracts for all types of industry, and will be the key Account Manager for your relocation. Customer service is a large part of a project management, we continuously audit our service levels, and look at the agreed standards to ensure we are meeting both your targets and our own.
